   • 7:00PM - Kathleen Lemansky, 123 Worcester Road, Map 26, Block D, Lot 16. Special Permit/Variance. Premises vacant, zoned Community Business. Seeks to build a commercial building.
   • 7:00PM - Stephen Caggiano, 27 Leland Drive, Map 73A, Block A, Lot 3. Special Permit/Variance. Existing family residence with concrete foundation, basement and deck, zoned Agricultural. Seeks to keep the deck and foundation/basement and reconstruct the structure above the foundation as a 2-story building with an approximately 14x10' addition on the street side.
