Planning Board Online Records and Website Practices

Context

The new town planner (Gillan, ASR spelling uncertain; first meeting July 15, 2026) proposed posting application materials on the public website using a naming convention (SPR 26-xx). The board preferred that engineering/Graves reports stay on SharePoint and was wary of personal data being scraped. A new agenda format listing bylaw sections was also discussed.
