Context

The Recreation Commission wants lights at the town football field on Flint Road (used November-December, nothing past about 8-9 pm). The Planning Board suggested a site plan modification with a public hearing (abutter notice within 300 ft), targeted for about mid-September, with a fee waiver, no peer review needed, and lights aimed away from houses. Separately, the Recreation Commission discussed field lights as a goal for its master plan.
