Heritage School MSBA Process

Context

The MSBA is to decide around December 9 whether to invite Heritage School into its program; the school must pick the grades to consider before October 2. Within 270 days of an invitation the town must form a building committee and fund a feasibility study (~$1M benchmark, range $750K-$2M), all of it Charlton borrowing (town ballot plus town meeting votes). Shepherd Hill/high school needs are anticipated later. Related: DCRSD $11.1M School Capital Request.
