Peer review ordered 2026-09-16 (stormwater design and O&M, soils and infiltration suitability, groundwater impacts). Continued to the 2026-10-28 meeting per the minutes' wording; staff said 2026-11-18 was more realistic for peer review, so the date should be verified.
