Context

Notice of Intent CC-2026-048 by Amanda Russo-Folco for a residential building at 9 Dalton Street (agenda: two-story building; the engineer described a five-unit multifamily) with driveway, utilities and stormwater, under the City ordinance only. Kevin Quinn of Quinn Engineering presented. Staff's main concern was groundwater near the underground infiltration chambers possibly seeping into the City drainage system.

Status

Order of Conditions issued 3-0 on 2026-08-24. The engineer said seasonal high groundwater sits below the chamber bottom; the Commission chose not to require a liner. Special conditions cover stormwater maintenance, infiltration unit inspection, certification, wood removal, dust, dewatering, cement truck washing, and sand and salt.
