Context

John P. Fresolo asked for a City Solicitor legal opinion on whether the developers of 4 Brandt Ln. may use heavy equipment on Pine Hill Rd., a private road, and whether the city can require them to repave disrupted portions afterward. Morris A. Bergman added a request that the Chief Development Officer report on restrictions placed on developers after construction that damages roadwork.
