Main Street Parking Regulations
Context
Parking rules on Main St. downtown are being revised. The City Manager proposed an ordinance for a commercial loading zone and two-hour metered parking on a portion of Main St. Councilors Satya B. Mitra and Robert A. Bilotta filed two petitions for Theatre Cafe's owner to replace parking regulations with one-hour parking, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., on the odd side between Federal St. and Franklin St. and in front of 484 Main St. (former Denholm Building).
