Creed Lounge Closing Time (41 Pleasant Street)

Context

Creed Lounge asked to remove a license condition and reopen to a 2:00 a.m. closing. Calvin Paulino (with Katherine Cruz) said there had been no incidents and most customers arrive after 11 p.m. Commissioners acknowledged the location's record of violations but noted no incidents since the 1:00 a.m. closing was enforced.

Status

On 2026-08-06 the Commission voted 3-0 to allow a 2:00 a.m. closing for a three-month trial (to roughly early November 2026). Thomas Needham asked that, if 2:00 a.m. is kept, the owner be on the premises at closing.
