Ordinance amending Chapter 26 of the City Code, Solid Waste Collections (file 26-0369), on the 10/13 Public Works agenda with a presentation; the proposed changes are not described in the agenda. Related: in August the Finance Committee recommended purchasing two rear loading collection trucks ($559,830, Carolina Environmental Systems) and eight automated side loading trucks ($3,412,750.24, TranSource) on the consent agenda.
