Context

MassDOT intersection improvement project at Chandler St. and May St. (Project No. 608961), which includes a proposed rotary. Residents Amy M. Kalogeropoulos and Mardi Coleman asked that it be paused pending a corridor-wide traffic study and new public hearings; Demetrios Koutoulas and Anila Hasanaj asked that no rotaries be installed near Worcester State University (486 Chandler St.); Elaine Poulo asked for a rotary at the intersection.

All three petitions referred to the Traffic and Parking Committee 11-0 on 2026-09-15. Outcome pending.
