W-3695 Meadowlark Drive Rezoning to GB-S

Context

Zoning petition W-3695 by State Employees Credit Union to rezone property on the west side of Meadowlark Drive, south side of Rosewind Lane and east side of Beauchamp Road (West Ward) from MU-S to GB-S. The requested GB-S district allows, among other uses, banking and financial services, child care, convenience and food or drug stores, offices, retail, restaurants without drive-through, veterinary services, nursing care, and multifamily, townhouse, twin home and duplex residential buildings.

Status

The Planning Board recorded approval on September 10, 2026 after a continuance from August 13. The final decision by the governing body is not in these documents.
