Context

The Planning Board and Board of Adjustment (same members) each have a Chairman and Vice Chairman. Planning Board: Chair Charlie Waddell, Vice-Chair Jamie Hester. Board of Adjustment on 4/28/2026: Chair Hester, Vice-Chair Paula Hill.

Status

Elections were put on the 4/28 agendas but removed by unanimous vote of both boards until the next meetings; the next meetings (May to August) were cancelled for Planning Board. Elections appear again on the 9/29/2026 agendas; outcome unknown because no minutes are posted yet.
