Context

Deborah B. Lewis, trustee, asked to rezone one acre (Abbotts Creek Township, Tax Map 16 Lots 3C and part of 3) on the west side of North Clodfelter Road about 0.45 mile north of Willie Bodenheimer Road from CZ-RC back to RA-3. The property had been rezoned to CZ-RC early in 2025 for an automobile sales facility; those plans changed and the application's reason is "back to farm deferment".

Status

The Commissioners' September 14 summary records approval of Deborah Lewis's request to return from CZRC to RA3 (captioned Claude Felter Road). The Planning Board's August 18 outcome is not in the posted documents.
