Linwood Acres Subdivision

Context

Subdivision at the corner of Linwood-Southmont Road and Junior Order Home Road in Cotton Grove Township, platted in phases around a cul-de-sac (Corn Court) by Davidson Land Development, with surveyor Christian L. Jones (Jones-Coe Land Surveying) and engineer Mitchell Latham. Developer Chris Reid. Preliminary approval came about a year and a half before July 2026; Phase 1 got final approval earlier in 2026.

Status

Phase 2 final plat approved July 21; Phase 3, the remainder, returns to the Board later and must account for all common area at one dwelling per 30,000 square feet under lot-size averaging.
